4. Online Shop
Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
5. Payment Information
Payments are secure through the PayPal payments platform, which also allows customers to pay by all major credit/debit cards, including Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express.
Orders will be processed in British pounds sterling and where applicable at the prevailing rate of exchange operated by our clearing merchant bank.
6. Returns
Bonzo-Art operates according to the provisions of the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. In accordance with these you have 7 working days from receipt of your purchase to contact us by email and cancel your order. Please explain your reason for wanting to return the order. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. The cost of postage and packing or returned orders lies with the customer. You will be issued with a return address when we have details of the product. On receipt of the return, Bonzo-Art will email you to let you know that a refund has been issued. Frames that have been made to order cannot be returned. We suggest you view original artwork at one of the galleries prior to purchase if you want to see the product up close.
7. Copyright
All content included on this website is the property of Bonzo-Art or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site may be used as an information and shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on this website without the permission of Bonzo-Art is strictly prohibited. For the avoidance of doubt copyright covers all images and art prints purchased or featured on the Bonzo-Art website.
8. Privacy & Security
Customers warrant that they have authority to make art print purchases from Bonzo-Art.com in their own name and are 18 years of age or over.
9. Customer and user privacy and data protection
Bonzo-Art is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will never share your personal information with anyone for any reason without your explicit permission unless we are required to do so by law.
Our policy is that no personal information will be collected about you unless you choose to provide it and that any personal information which you provide us will be safeguarded to the best of our ability and not shared with others.
10. Limited Warranties
We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.

12. Order Acceptance:
Acceptance of orders by Bonzo-Art for any of our products are subject to clearance of funds and where applicable authorisation of debit and/or credit card details.
13. Service times:
There are different service times based on the nature of the order. All times are based within normal applicable business hours. Most prints can be despatched within 2-3 working days. Most framed products will be despatched with 14 working days. Commissions are discussed and agreed with client separately.
14. Quality
All our products undergo strict quality control. A word of warning about colour balance. We do everything possible to ensure that the images on Bonzo-Art.com are as closely matched to the printed image as possible.
15. Breaches of these Terms and Conditions
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
16. Variation
We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
